2013 Multi Bet #11

Firstly, did everyone see the Dean Robinson interview on Wednesday night? This is basically how it went:

The media have turned this whole thing into an absolute circus right from the start. Rumour and opinion have been thrown around as facts and there seems to be no accountability for what is said. However, with Paul Little taking over as Chairman of the Essendon Football Club, many media personalities have changed their tone very quickly. He is a tough-as-nails, no-nonsense guy who will seek justice on any unsubstantiated claim that’s been made over the last 6 months. The next two weeks are going to be VERY interesting!

Enough about that; let’s get on to the betting!

Last week was a tough week for many punters with upsets including the Storm and West Coast. We got lucky with our Saturday multi and won $3,915 from a $300 bet! See the ticket here.

This week we are liking a 7 leg multi and have also thrown a few dollars on a massive 13 leg multi! All odds are with Luxbet (check out our review of Luxbet here), where you can still get a free $500 bet!

Here’s our 7 leg multi:

  1. Roosters to beat Panthers $1.20
The Roosters are in excellent form and it will continue against the Panthers tonight. We also like the 13+ option in this game.
  2. Rabbitohs to beat Cowboys $1.38
The Burgess boys and Souths were back to their best last week and if they can perform like that again, Souths will be impossible to stop!
  3. Manly to beat Parra $1.10
Big win to Manly here. 18+ would not be a bad bet.
  4. Geelong to beat the Roos $1.32
The Roos smashed the Demons last week but lost their skipper in the process. Geelong are in good form and will have a solid win. Liking Geelong on the line here at -20.5.
  5. Lions to beat the Saints $1.24
The Saints are coming off a flogging against Geelong and we are expecting the Lions to be too good at home.
  6. Hawthorn to beat Richmond $1.22
We think $1.22 is great value for the Hawks here! Richmond will play finals this year but are not on the same level as the top four teams.
  7. Swans to beat Bulldogs $1.09
The Dogs were great last week but will get a reality check from the Swans. The Swans on the line (-44.5) also looks good here!

This bet has total odds of $3.96 and we’ll be putting down $500 for a payout of $1980!

We’re also trying our luck on a massive 13 leg multi this week! It includes the Broncos tonight as probably the toughest leg, but certainly looks like great value! We got on this bet early in the week, so some odds may have changed, eg. GWS are now favourites to beat the Demons who are now without a full forward and fullback. ¬†We put $67 on this for a potential $10k payout!
