2015-16 EPL Week 27 Betting Multi

The 2015-16 English Premier League returns to action this weekend after a week’s break due to FA Cup and Champions League commitments. There will be two matches postponed this weekend which forces us to choose four bets from the eight remaining matches for our EPL week 27 multi.

In our first leg we will be backing the Hammers to defeat Sunderland on home soil. The Hammers have been a strong attacking team throughout the season and after a tough couple of games on the road they will be happy to return to their home field where they are undefeated in their past 10 matches. Meanwhile Sunderland earned their best win of the season last week against the Red Devils but we expect that to be a one off match and as they have a lot of struggles on the road we don’t expect them to be able to avoid a loss.

Leicester City is the competition leaders and we are predicting them to remain that way by the end of the round and earn a victory against Norwich City. A tough stretch of six games was very successful for the Foxes as they suffered just the one loss and it came in the final seconds against Arsenal in their last start. The Budgies on the other hand have been very poor in 2016 as they are without a win in their past seven matches which includes six losses. We can’t seem them turning things around this weekend as they are up against the title favourites.

Tottenham suffered their first loss in nine matches against Crystal Palace over the weekend when they faced off in the FA Cup fifth round. However, that won’t faze the side too much as it allows them to focus more on the title race as they are sitting just two points behind Leicester City. Tottenham have been incredibly strong this season and have the third strongest attack (1 goal behind Leicester and Manchester City) whilst at the same time maintaining the best defence in the league and have conceded just 20 goals in 26 matches. They are up against Swansea City who are sitting just above the relegation zone and have the second worst goal scoring record this season. We can’t see them being able to find their scoring boots against the best defence and Tottenham will earn their 15th win of the season.

In our last leg we will be taking Arsenal to defeat Manchester United in the match of the round. The Gunners haven’t been able to defeat the Red Devils in their last nine trips to Old Trafford but we are expecting that to change this weekend with Arsenal playing at a much higher level than United all season and they have shown they can lift for the occasion in their last Premier League match against Leicester. The Red Devils suffered another embarrassing loss when they fell to relegation side Sunderland on the road two weeks ago and they have been dealt a huge blow as they will be without captain Wayne Rooney who has recently found his best form in years.
