2015 NBA Multi Nov 26

A large number of upsets last week saw out multi fall and this week we will stick with the majority of favourites.

In our first leg of our multi we will be taking the New York Knicks to return to winning ways on the road against the Orlando Magic. This year the side has shown great improvement whilst rookie Kristaps Prozingis has been proving his critics wrong after being booed by fans after being drafted in fourth position earlier in the year. The Latvian born player has been putting up double doubles throughout the year and he will only continue to improve. The difference in this match will likely come from Carmelo Anthony as the superstar scorer will want to make up for a poor performance in their loss against Miami.

The Wizards had a poor performance against the Pacers and were beaten by 17 points, they will be forced to play in a back to back and they will need to have a stronger defence if they want to pick up the win. The Hornets will be feeling fresh after a two-day break but the side was forced into overtime against the Kings in their last match. Kemba Walker stepped up for the Hornets in that match as he led them to a huge comeback victory. He will need to be at his best to shut down John Wall and we are backing him and his teammate Al Jefferson to get the better of the Wizards at home.

The Cavaliers are sitting on the top of the Eastern Conference and they are ranked in the top 6 in the four important team stats of points, rebounds, assists and points allowed per game. Lebron James has been leading the way but Kevin Love has stepped up during the absence of other key players. Meanwhile the Raptors have lost six of their last 4 games since starting the season 5-0 and will be required to put on a near best performance to force an upset in this one and that is why we will be sticking with the Cavs.

The Atlanta Hawks are 9-6 and have stuttered over the past week. They will be taking on the Timberwolves who have a lot of talent on their squad but the side is still very young and inexperienced. The Hawks have a lot of experience and I expect Paul Millsap and Al Horford to attack the number 1 draft pick Karl-Anthony Towns and teach the youngster a few lessons as the Hawks pick up the victory.

In our last leg we will be taking the Clippers to defeat the Utah Jazz on home court. The Clippers start the season 4-0 but since then they have had a horrible record winning just the two matches and losing seven. The offence in the fourth quarter has been killing the side whilst their slow starts have contributed to their losses, as they have to use a lot of energy in the match to fight their way back. However, the side will do enough to beat the Jazz as they look to get their season back on track.
