2016 AFL Round 19 Betting Multi

2016 AFL Multi Betting

It’s been very tough to hit a five-leg multi during the 2016 AFL season. The competition has just been so even this year that any roughie can bob up and beat anyone on any given day. Fortunately, the CrownBet special has been utilised several times whereby we receive a matched bonus bet when one leg fails. Hopefully this week is just a straight win as we offer our 2016 AFL Round 19 betting multi.

This week we will be skipping the Friday night game as the odds are way too skewed in Geelong’s favour. Instead our Round 19 multi will start by taking GWS to defeat Richmond. The game is up in Canberra and it doesn’t look like Richmond have much of a chance. The Giants played extremely solid football to defeat Port at Adelaide Oval last week and the class of their midfield is really starting to shine through. Richmond simply look keen for the season to end.

Next up we are taking West Coast to defeat Collingwood. Despite the game being at the MCG, the $1.65 you can get on the Eagles looks like a lot of value. There is no doubt the Pies have played better football in the last few weeks, but the Eagles are still a classier outfit. They need to bounce back strong after a relatively poor performance against the Demons last week, but ultimately their attacking power should prove too much for the Pies.

The third leg of our AFL Round 19 multi is where we beef up the odds as we like St Kilda to defeat North Melbourne. The Saints showed enough against the Bulldogs last week to think they are value at $2.45. Their midfield is more damaging than the Roos and their forward and backlines have shown they can match it with the best teams in the comp. The Roos might be coming into this on the back of a win, but overall they have been horrible the last six weeks. Too much value to pass up.

We will then be taking Melbourne to defeat Gold Coast. This isn’t our favourite selection of Round 19, but the Demons played such good football against the Eagles last week that you have to think they will be far too strong for the struggling Suns. The Demons simply have to contain the Gold Coast forward line and this is a simply win as they dominate Gold Coast in all other aspects of the game.

The final leg is for Sydney to defeat Fremantle. The odds aren’t exactly what we would like with the Swans here, but they should be able to get a solid victory. The Dockers are competitive at Domain, but their inexperienced lineup and injury woes makes it hard to defeat any team. The Sydney midfield should dominate the Dockers and this is where the game will be won.
