2016 AFL Round 4 Betting Mutli

2016 AFL Round 4

We missed out on our AFL multi in Round 3 by one leg when the Saints defeated Collingwood! Fortunately we got a matched bonus bet at CrownBet for missing only one pick, but hopefully this week we can score a full payout as we offer our 2016 AFL Round 4 multi!

The first pick for Round 4 will be West Coast to defeat Richmond this Friday night in Western Australia. There isn’t too much to say about this game expect that the Eagles are in a different league than Richmond – especially at their home stadium. Richmond are still without Brett Deledio and are going to find this game very hard to win. The odds are short, but the Eagles should win this easily.

We then like Gold Coast to defeat Brisbane on Saturday afternoon. The Queensland derby should be one-sided with Gary Ablett and co too strong for a Tom Rockliff-less Lions. The Suns have also proven they know how to kick goals lately with the fire power of Jack Martin and Tom Lynch proving a problem for opposition. This is one of our most confident plays of the week.

Saturday night’s clash at Etihad looks a little short odds-wise, but we are happy to take the Western Bulldogs to defeat Carlton. No doubt we would have liked a few extra cents, especially after a tumultuous week in which the Dogs found out captain Bob Murphy would be on the sidelines indefinitely, but ultimately the Dogs bat deep enough to easily take care of the Blues.

The value play of our AFL Round 4 multi is GWS to defeat Port Adelaide. This is a really tough game, but at Manuka Oval in Canberra I think the Giants are worthy of being a slight favourite. Port Adelaide played some better footy last week after a tough start to the season, but they were only playing against the Bombers and overall haven’t shown much this year. I’m expecting the Giants to bounce back after a tough loss to the Swans.

The final leg of our Round 4 multi sees us take North Melbourne to defeat Fremantle. This is simple as the Dockers being without Aaron Sandilands and the Kangaroos having the best ruck in the comp in Todd Goldstein. The Dockers midfield is certainly stronger than the Roos, but Freo just isn’t the same without Sandi. The game is also at Etihad and we think North Melbourne is the strong play here.
