2017 AFL Multi Round 19

Tough loss for us over the weekend as we only hit on 2 of our 4 multi legs. However, the upcoming weekend of football proves to be one of the easier tipping rounds we’ve had in a while. We’ll be looking for a win this week as we present our AFL Multi of the Week for Round 19 below.

Leg one of our multi will feature Sydney to defeat long time rival Hawthorn in the rounds opening game on Friday night. The game will be played at the MCG but it’s hard to look past the Swans form at the moment. They have lost just one game since Round 6 and while that one loss was to the Hawks, they are a much improved side over the past few weeks and a deserved 2nd favourite in the premiership race.

The second leg of our multi will be Melbourne to defeat North Melbourne at Etihad Stadium on Saturday afternoon. The Demons are coming off a massive win over Port Adelaide on the weekend and seem to have returned to some of the form that saw them in the top five earlier in the season. They are slowly getting all of their injured and suspended players back week by week and look to be way too strong for the Kangaroos, who could slip to last on the ladder with a loss here.

Leg three of our multi will be Greater Western Sydney to earn victory over Fremantle at home on Saturday afternoon. The Giants were outplayed by the Tigers on the weekend but will welcome the return to Spotless Stadium this week against a travelling Fremantle team. The Giants run the risk of dropping out of the top four with a loss here while Fremantle don’t really have much to play for going forward. Some massive ins could be on the cards for the Giants with Stephen Coniglio, Jeremy Cameron, Harry Himmelberg and Brett Deledio all threatening to play. Giants should be too strong.

The final leg of our multi will feature Geelong to defeat Carlton on Saturday night. Geelong are coming off a disappointing loss in Adelaide but will welcome back a few key players in Andrew Mackie and Brendan Parfitt back into the side for this weeks tilt. Geelong still a massive chance to compete for top spot on the ladder so they cant afford to drop one to the Blues here. Cats play well at Etihad.
