AFL Round 13 Multi of the Week

AFL CrownBet special

The byes are almost over with Round 13 being the last time we only have six games to choose from for our AFL betting tips. As usual it will be the CrownBet multi special that we utilise in which we get a bonus bet back equal to our stake up to $50 if one leg in a 4+leg multi fails.

With only six games to choose from it is hard to find value for our multi of the week in Round 13 and so we think the best move is to go the safe option of some of the best looking favourites.

We will firstly be getting Fremantle to beat Collingwood in our multi – a game which takes place on Thursday evening. Both teams are coming off a rest and we just think the Dockers will be the biggest benefactors. The game is at Domain Stadium which Collingwood will find tough. The Docker’s big man Aaron Sandilands has a great record against the Pies and we just think the black and white will find it too tough around the middle of the ground.

Friday night’s game is the Swans against Richmond and we are happy to get on the red and white to overcome the yellow and black. The Tiger hype train was strong after their victory over the Dockers, but they really struggled against West Coast last week. The Swans, meanwhile, are coming off a bye and looking primed to continue building on what is shaping up to be a great season. The game is at the SCG and the Tigers will certainly struggle to find a win here.

We will then be taking Adelaide up against the Lions. The game is at the Gabba, but this won’t trouble the Crows who have won the last two against Brisbane at this stadium. The Crows are a little shorter in the betting than we would have liked, but considering how poor the Lions were against the Bulldogs last week, in addition to the Crows having two extra days off, we think they are close to locks to win this game.

The last leg of our multi sees us take the Bulldogs to beat St Kilda. This one is a rematch of the infamous game that saw the Bulldogs give up a ten goal lead back in Round 6. That won’t be happening again. Yes, the Saints are coming off a bye, but the Bulldogs looked so fresh against Brisbane last week and if they play anywhere near that level, the Saints will find this game very hard.
