EPL Week 24 Multi of the Week

After getting off to a great start with our multi last week, we were unable to correctly pick the last two games as Manchester City drew with West Ham whilst Arsenal lost at home to Chelsea. This week we will be taking advantage of some high odds on the bigger clubs to hopefully create a big payday.

In our first leg we will be taking Tottenham on the road against Norwich City. The Spurs have recaptured their best form in their last four matches across all competitions with four straight victories where they have scored a large number of goals. Their defence is the stingiest in the league and the Budgies generally struggle to score despite putting four past Liverpool last week in a 4-5 loss on the road. The Spurs are chasing a Champions League spot and are just five points behind the competition leads which will be incentive enough for the side to put on their best performance.

West Ham played at an incredibly high level against Manchester City for the second time this year and they are constantly making life tough for the stronger sides in the league. They need to find be consistent and lift their tempo despite playing against the weaker sides and they will have a chance to do that this weekend when they face the bottom of the table Aston Villa at home. We are backing West Ham to put in a strong performance and their defence shouldn’t allow Aston Villa to create many chances as Villa have only 18 goals in 23 matches this season which is the worst in the league.

Chelsea defeated their rivals Arsenal for the second time this season but that will do little for the fans to forget that they are sitting in 13th place on the ladder. However, it showed they still have the ability to defeat the stronger sides in the league whilst their defence that has had questions asked about it all season held strong to keep a clean sheet. Meanwhile Watford earned their first victory in six games but has scored just four goals in their last five matches whilst conceding at a much higher rate. The Blues will be able to earn back-to-back victories as they defeat Watford on the road.

In our last leg will be taking Everton to earn the three points at home against Newcastle United. The Toffees are coming out of a tough stretch where they faced the Spurs, Chelsea and Manchester City and will be desperate for the three points after suffering a disappointing loss to Swansea last week. They have gone five league matches without a victory and after being knocked out of the Capital Cup under controversial circumstances they will come out with a point to prove and unfortunately for Newcastle United they won’t stand a chance in this one as Everton will again prove why they have one of the strongest attacks in the league. The Magpies remain in the relegation zone and have the third worst defence.
