EPL Week 5 Multi of the Week

The international break is over and the transfer window has closed which means the English Premier League returns this weekend and teams are stuck with their squads until the transfer window reopens in January.

We will start off with the first match of the weekend, Everton hosting Chelsea. The defending champions have been disappointing this season and have suffered two defeats and a disappointing draw. They won’t be able to get their second win of the season against the Toffees as their defensive lapses and struggles in front of goal should continue against an Everton side that is evenly balanced.

Our next leg will involve West Bromwich and Southampton playing out a draw. The Throstles have been solid at home despite suffering two losses. They were caught out on opening day against the top of the table Manchester City side but they were able to almost upset Chelsea before they got their first win of the season away to Stoke in their last start. Southampton have also improved throughout the season and got their first win against Norwich City. The two sides will both find the back of the net but will share the points in this one.

The match of the weekend will see the Red Devils host their archrivals Liverpool. Manchester have a massive boost with David De Gea staying with the side due to the paperwork arriving to late on the Spanish deadline day. De Gea is rumoured to be about to sign a new 5-year deal with the side and this will see him return to the starting side. Liverpool have had their troubles in attack all season and in their last start they let West Ham put three past them. Louis Van Gaal’s men have had their own issues in front of goal but they should be ready to put that all behind them at home.

Our last leg we will take West Ham to defeat Newcastle at home. The Hammers have been able to defeat Arsenal and Liverpool this season whilst keep clean sheets and whilst the Magpies have struggled in front of goal and have played with a defensive mind. They will look to attack more in this match and due to that West Ham will be able to punish them.
