NRL Round 22 Multi of the Week

This weekend there are a lot of close matches, which could end up in us winning a nice juicy multi if our predictions pay off.

The Manly Sea Eagles are on the way up and are closing in on a top eight spot, the Rabbitohs are standing in their way but they aren’t as intimidating as they were last season. They have shown glimpses of the form from the beginning of the season but they have never been as dominant against the bigger sides as their forward pack is lacking a bit of punch. The Sea Eagles forward pack isn’t great but it should be enough to give plenty of opportunities for DCE and Foran to take advantage.

The Warriors showed last week that their season isn’t over despite the loss of Shaun Johnson to injury. Tuimoala Lolohea showed he can play in the halfback position and he will only grow in confidence despite the narrow loss. The Dragons got back to winning ways after seven straight losses but their win was against the struggling Knights and the Warriors in New Zealand is a much harder task.

The Cowboys have had slow starts in some games throughout the season and they can’t afford to do that against the rising Sharks. However, their forward pack, back line and halves pairing is one of the best in the competitions and as they are now fighting for a minor premiership and their away record is so strong, they should get the win this weekend.

The Melbourne Storm a surprising loss last weekend as they took on the bottom placed Tigers. Their defence was caught out on multiple occasions and Coach Craig Bellamy would have put the team through its paces this week. They will come out with a point to prove and bounce back against the lowly Titans.

The Roosters are one of the most in form sides of the competition and they ran the Bulldogs off the park in the opening 20 minutes last week as they raced to a 22-0 lead. They then went into cruise control and it almost cost them but they rose when they needed too and escaped with a comfortable win. They won’t see any challenge from the Knights this weekend as the score line could end up like a cricket score.
