Saturday November 26th Racing Multi: Moonee Valley & Ascot Tips

moonee valley racing
The spring carnival is officially done but the quality horse racing action continues all across Australia. The Group 1 Western Australian carnival enters its second week while racing returns to Moonee Valley in Melbourne and we have our Saturday, November 26th racing multi for Moonee Valley & Ascot!

We’ve collated our best value bets for the day to deliver our multi of the day, check it out below!

Leg 1: Moonee Valley Race 3 #1 – Estaminet to place @ $1.80 – SCRATCHED

A speedy mare who loves Moonee Valley (3 starts for 2 wins and a second). She presents with a fitness advantage and drops back to her preferred distance of 1000m. We’ve mapped her to sit about fourth in the run behind the speed and confident she’ll be in the finish.

Leg 2: Moonee Valley Race 6 #6 – Payroll to place @ $1.45

She’s a lightly raced mare who hasn’t had much luck over the last few preparations. She looks very well suited here however and we are hoping Steve Arnold can give her a similar ride to the one he gave Sweet Sherry on Cox Plate day. She has a significant class and top rating advantage against this lot.

Leg 3: Moonee Valley Race 7 #8 – Little White Cloud to place @ $1.90

A seven-year-old gelding with just six starts to his name. Way back in 2013 he looked a coming Group 1 horse and after a very long layoff was very brave in winning at Flemington. Given ample time to recover for this assignment he should prove very hard to beat with Katelyn Mallyon combining with Lloyd WIlliams and Robbie Hickmott

Leg 4: Moonee Valley Race 9 #9 – Chase The Horizon to place @ $1.90 – SCRATCHED

This bloke is clear top pick in an otherwise open race. Last start didn’t have much luck but does map perfectly to be stalking the speed and swinging into the sweet spot of the track here.

Leg 5: Ascot Race 8 #1 – Terravista to place @ $1.50

The horse spruiked as the Worlds Best Sprinter at certain times of his career (mainly by his trainer) has been set for this Group 1 Perth sprint a long way out. His run at Flemington down the straight was terrific considering the fast lane the winner Redzel was able to land in.

Extra Leg: Eagle Farm Race 6 #8 – Sheiswhatsheis to place @ $2.40

With two scratchings from our multi this morning, we’ve included this additional leg to boost your winnings. The favourite in this race, Private Secretary, is clearly the best horse in the field but will be getting back a long way from her outside gate. Sheiswhatsheis is the clear value runner. She was ridden upside down last start when drawn wide but still hit the line sweetly. We expect she races in a much more forward position today, making her own luck and with fitness on her side looks a terrific place bet.

Good luck punters!
